How this website handles your information. Last updated October 11, 2026.
What we collect
We collect only what you give us.
- Your email address, when you join the waitlist.
- Your name, email address, organization, and message, when you use the contact form.
- Standard server logs, such as the pages requested and the time of the request, which our hosting provider keeps to run the site.
How we use it
We use your email address to tell you about access to Rayform and to reply to what you sent us. We do not send marketing you did not ask for, and we do not sell or rent your information.
Who else sees it
Form submissions are delivered to the service we use to receive them and to our hosting provider, which stores them on our behalf. We do not share your information with anyone else unless the law requires it.
Cookies and tracking
This site does not use advertising cookies or third-party trackers.
How long we keep it
We keep waitlist and contact information until you ask us to remove it, or until it is no longer needed to do what you asked.
Your choices
Write to [email protected] to see what we hold about you, correct it, or have it deleted. We will respond promptly.
